Zhigao Jiang

Zhigao Jiang is an IETS Fellow with nearly two decades of professional experience. Their expertise spans china power-sector reform; electricity-market design and trading; spot and retail markets; storage; energy-policy communication; corporate energy strategy and transition advisory.

Jiang is Chief Marketing Officer of TsingRoc AI Tech Co.,ltd; advises governments, utilities, trading centres, energy companies and international organisations.

Previously, Jiang held senior, advisory or committee roles including executive Director, Zhineng Huirong (Beijing) Consulting; Executive Editor-in-Chief, Energy Observer; other senior editorial roles in Chinese media.

He obataned Master of Communications from Jinan University.
