Nophea (Noppy) Sasaki

Nophea (Noppy) Sasaki is an IETS Fellow. Their expertise spans carbon accounting and project development; forest carbon; climate finance; nature-based solutions; ESG reporting; AI and digital tools for sustainability.

Sasaki is a member of the core Faculty in ESG and Sustainability at Sasin School of Management; advances AI-enabled platforms for climate accountability, evidence-based reporting and investment readiness.

Previously, Sasaki held senior, advisory or committee roles including professor at the Asian Institute of Technology; Associate Professor at the University of Hyogo; visiting roles at the University of Adelaide and Chulalongkorn University; postdoctoral and fellowship appointments at the Max Planck Institute and Harvard University.

Sasaki holds qualifications including PhD in Agriculture (Forest Management), Gifu University; Master of Agriculture (Forest Management), Shinshu University.
