Laurence L. Delina

Laurence L. Delina is an IETS Fellow. Their expertise spans energy justice and insecurity; just energy transitions; decarbonisation pathways; energy resilience; climate and energy governance. Multi-country research experience across Asia.

Delina is an Associate Professor of Environment and Sustainability at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Leads research on equitable and inclusive energy transitions, energy insecurity, coal transitions, low-carbon pathways and climate resilience.

Previously, Delina held senior, advisory or committee roles including rachel Carson Fellow; Balik Scientist Fellow; visiting fellow at Harvard Kennedy School.

Delina holds qualifications including PhD in Environmental Management, University of New South Wales (2016).
