A project to create energy efficiency regulations, standards and labelling rules, and minimum energy performance standards for air conditioners.

The project aims to create energy efficiency regulations including standard and labelling law (Order) and minimum energy performance standards (MEPS) for air conditioners.

Dr Shi led the report drafting. The working knowledge of this project was published in two papers in a distinguished energy journal.
