Jiahai Yuan

Jiahai Yuan is an IETS Fellow. Their expertise spans sustainable-energy transition; renewable power-system resilience; coal-power transition; economic, regulatory, policy and social dimensions of China's energy transition.

Yuan is Professor of Management Science and Engineering in the School of Economics and Management at North China Electric Power University. His current research focuses on the social and physical resilience of renewable power systems, and he holds journal editorial roles in the energy and climate fields.

Previously, Yuan held senior, advisory or committee roles including visiting Scholar, Erb Institute, University of Michigan (2011-2012).
